Last week I went for a very slow run with a friend. Due to severe pain in my Achilles tendon, I had recently given up running. But, due to the slow pace of our run, I was able to run with him without any pain. I realized that I can still run, i just have to do it more slowly then I used to. I went for another run yesterday. It was more enjoyable than the way I used to run and of course, pain free! Do you have an area of your life where you're stuck? Try approaching it a bit differently this time.
