Meditation and Visualization. These are the two most important ways that I use to help you to change. Before our first session, I will always have you practice meditation since it is so close to hypnosis. Once you have practiced meditation, being hypnotized is very easy! (for some people its easy anyway). Visualization generally means seeing, hearing or feeling (and occasionally tasting or smelling) the change that they want to make. So, if you want to be thin, visualize yourself as thin. Same goes for smoking or anything else. I would ask you to use all your senses to do this. You may find that you have to go back in time to do this. Practice makes perfect. If you come to me and you've done your "homework," then I guarantee success!!
