If you are like me you are one of many adults who do not sleep well at night. Last night i literally did not sleep for even one minute. I have tried a lot of different solutions to solve the problem-regular bed time, no caffeine, activity during the day. None of them have worked consistently. Maybe I am just a person who doesn't need a lot of sleep. After all, there are a few of us around. The good news is that it is rare for me to have two lousy nights of sleep in a row. So tonight, I look forward to a wonderful night of sleep-tomorrow -who knows?!
