Ever stay up at night because you are worried? Most everyone does! Unfortunately worrying is truly a wasted emotion. As humans, we are not meant to worry. We are meant for our lives to be simple and easy. For example did you ever read one of those articles written by and elderly person on what they would do if they had their lives to live over again? They always say, 'I'd spend less time worrying.' Worrying is a habit just like any other. If you have trained yourself to worry, you can train yourself to replace worry with something else. Like changing any habit it just takes patience and persistence but it definitely can be done.
