It's the stuff we do everyday: habits. That's what I focus on with my clients. I tell them that habits are just like energy: They always exist in some form. What we work on (using Hypnosis, Reiki and EFT) is getting into a pattern of changing those habits so that the new habits suit the client's lifestyle better than the old habits. This is why Hypnosis is especially effective. In Hypnosis, I work with the client to bypass the conscious mind. We only deal with the subconscious mind; the part of their brain that controls all of their habits. Once the new habit has replaced the old one for a period of thirty(30) days, it becomes a permanent habit. The client (you) has then changed their life (habits) for the better!
