The only difference between a very successful and confident person and one who is not is in the way each person thinks. The confident person has first convinced herself that they are worthy and good at what they do (sort of an act). Then over time and with this belief, they really do get good and thus, the confidence becomes something real. A person lacking confidence has done just the opposite: they have convinced themselves that they are not worthy or good at what they do (also an act). Then over time, they buy into this and become under confident and usually tense (stressed) about their under achievement. The answer lies in convincing their minds that they are strong, smart, confident and competent people. They must buy into this first. So how do they do this? Well Hypnosis, Reiki and EFT certainly help. So does meditation, exercise or any type of positive action. Remember this, you are no different than anyone else (Tom Brady and Barack Obama had to start somewhere right?) except in your own mind.
