I get a lot of calls from people who tell me their 'story.' It could involve pain, emotional or physical or both; Why they haven't done something or achieved something; Maybe they've lost touch with someone. The list is long. What is the most important thing to remember is that we end up living the story we tell. Just like visualizing what we want to achieve, it is a self fulfilling prophecy. There is nothing wrong with telling your 'story', as long as you plan on doing something about it. Where many people get stuck is that all they do is tell the story-to themselves and to others, over and over. So guess what happens then? I encourage people to tell me their 'stories' when we do EFT-(during Hypnosis they can also do this but they must only focus on positives). By talking and tapping (EFT), they can remove the 'blockage ' in their body's energy which is causing the problem to begin with. So, go ahead and tell your story, just make sure to do it in a productive way.
