Many people are walking around with the idea that change happens on the outside. For example, they think that in order to be happy, that they need to find a new spouse or a new job or a new place to live. This may be somewhat true in some ways and it may help. However, in reality the progression of events is quite the opposite. They must learn to change in the most fundamental way, on the inside first. For this to happen, they must change how they think about the issues in their lives. It is critical to replace all negative thinking with positive. Then they must ask themselves about the role they play in their own happiness and what actions they can take to support or perhaps alter this. With positive thinking and personal responsibility total transformation will occur. After this happens it is super easy for decisive action to occur, both inside and out.
