One of the main issues I work on with my clients is confidence. People come in with many symptoms such as smoking, weight loss, fears and anxiety. We work together to find the underlying cause of their issue. Other than identifying the issues, a large piece of overcoming any symptom happens when the client understands that it is the fear they have that keeps them from being properly motivated. When we dig even deeper we see that most fear can be broken down into a simple lack of confidence. We start by building their confidence. Once somebody has confidence then their fear disappears. It is at this point that would true motivation occurs. By breaking it down to its simplest form, together we are are able to resolve almost any issue, easily and effortlessly.
