I get called for many reasons. Most people call me so that I can help them to quit smoking or lose weight. Some people call me for help with fears such as test-taking or flying. What I explain to all my clients is that the stress in their lives must be addressed in order for them to heal. In this way, they can overcome any fear or habit. So that we can deal with the stress, I ask that they think, not just of habits, but in terms of the big picture. In other words, if they could change anything in their lives, what would it be? Next, I ask them to think about exactly how they would do this. All of these steps are incredibly helpful and are necessary for healing because all that happens in their lives relate directly to their habits. Once they “address the why” and then utilize Hypnosis, Reiki, and EFT, they get the results that they want very quickly and very easily.
