It is so important to have the will to succeed. Change is possible with his. But what most people do is to try making changes using the conscious mind instead of the subconscious mind. The conscious mind is very small and weak. It does not want to change. The subconscious mind is very large and very powerful. It is also very open to change. Subconscious mind is a much better part of the brain to utilize when making changes to your lifestyle. And the difference is something like trying to do the foundation of a house using a giant backhoe versus using a tablespoon. Both can be done, but one is so much easier than the other. The beauty of hypnosis is that it is a conversation directly with the subconscious part of your brain. It is very similar to what happens when you fall asleep the conscious mind takes a breather and goes into a dormant state, subconscious mind and comes to the forefront, where we are able to program it by speaking directly to it. I make absolutely certain that my clients understand the difference. To go a step further I make sure that they listen to a hypnosis sleep recording prior to seeing me for their virtual hypnosis session. In this way, they get used to the conversation with the subconscious mind, as well as hearing my voice while falling asleep. This helps them to succeed that much better once they see me for quitting smoking, weight loss, anxiety or insomnia.
