The Action Plan

Hypnosis is a conversation with your subconscious mind. This is when we can reprogram your mind to make it do what you want it to do. It’s really all about changing habits. When a client goes into hypnosis, we want to be able to tell the subconscious mind exactly what it is we wanted it to do. This is called the action plan. I asked my clients to come up with an action plan way to think about this is the following what is it that you want to change, and exactly how do you want to do it?
For this, they need to be very specific. For example, if it is weight loss then they might think in terms of what foods they would eat, and when they would eat them. What foods they would avoid, and of course exercise, and when it would happen, and for how long. It’s basically like dictating into a recorder. The client is literally telling their subconscious mind what to do. This works so well for weight loss, smoking , insomnia or anxiety relief. It works for virtual hypnosis.
