The question I often get from clients is: How long until I have permanently changed my current habits. All habits take 30 days to correct. At this point, you can only go back to the old habit if you consciously and subconsciously decide that you want to. But once you have reached your goal, why would you ever want to? Remember that a habit is just like energy in that it must always exist. So you cannot get rid of a habit, but instead you simply replace the habit or habits with ones that are better for you. Of course with Hypnosis, Reiki and EFT this is incredibly fun and effective. It can all be done so easily-what a difference a month makes!
