How does virtual hypnosis work, and is it as effective as in-person sessions?
Virtual Hypnosis can be done on FaceTime or zoom and it’s just as effective as in person.
Can hypnosis help me quit smoking?
Hypnosis helps because it is a conversation with a different part of the brain, called the subconscious mind. This part of the brain is very open to change.
How can hypnosis assist in weight loss?
Smoking cessation is usually faster than Weight Loss which takes several sessions. When we have a conversation with the part of the brain that is open to change, we can easily change diet and exercise habits.
What is Reiki, and how does it complement hypnosis?
Reiki is tapping into a person’s aura and the energy that surrounds them. It’s basically using the person’s energy to benefit them. It’s an ancient and powerful Healing method.
How long are the virtual hypnosis sessions?
Virtual sessions are approximately 1.5 hours.
Are there any prerequisites or preparations needed before a hypnosis session?
I ask my clients to listen to a recording that I sent them so that they get used to hearing my voice. Also, I asked him to think about an action plan, which is what will be implemented during hypnosis.
How many sessions are typically required to see results?
Smokers see results almost always in one session. Weight loss and anxiety usually take about three.
Can hypnosis help with anxiety and stress relief?

How does hypnosis tap into the subconscious mind to bring about change?
Hypnosis is the process of imitating what happens when a person goes to sleep. When a person is awake, their conscious mind is at the forefront, and their subconscious mind is in the background when a person falls asleep, or goes into Hypnosis these two parts of the brain switch places, that is when we are able to see results.
Can I listen to the hypnosis audio recordings multiple times for reinforced benefits?
Yes, definitely.
